Rob Cesternino Interview

RobCesterninoWebsite Labelled by Jeff Probst as ‘the smartest player never to have won Survivor’, Rob Cesternino dominated the 6th season in the Amazon as well as coming back to compete in the 8th season of All-Stars. Post Survivor, Rob has gone on to host one of the most successful Survivor podcasts around, as well as continuing to be a popular figure in the Survivor universe.

In Amazon, Rob was known as the master strategist who was always on top of what was happening in the game. Never afraid to go back on alliance in order to get far, he very nearly made it all the way, despite constantly pissing people off and having people turn against him. However he fell just short by finishing in third place, but still had done enough for Jeff Probst to give him the title of the smartest player never to have won the game.

Rob was invited back to compete on All-Stars where despite his strong desire to play the game and do what he did in the Amazon, he was voted out early due to being considered a strategic threat as well as landing on the only tribe with no winners in a season where the previous winners were the big targets.

In our interview with Rob, he talks about his time on the show and his strategy playing the game, why he applied for Big Brother only to be asked to go on Survivor instead, his extremely popular podcast as well as his media career post Survivor and his extremely interesting in-depth analysis of who is the greatest Survivor of all time!
