As an early boot, Ben Browning certainly created a big stir in the 19th season of Samoa. Creating history in being the first ever person kicked out of a challenge, Ben’s short stay in the game still made him extremely memorable as well as his opinions and straight forward attitude. Since being on the show, Ben hasn’t watched an episode since, and has moved to the other side of the world to escape the hussle and bussle of LA.
Pissing people off from the get go, Ben was constantly clashing with various members of his tribe and wasn’t afraid to speak his opinions, often out loud and proud to various members around him. His brash attitude got him into trouble after he was booted from a challenge for tripping Russell Swan, pointing to his ‘outlaw reputation’ as he sat on the sidelines. And despite him working with Russell Hantz and being a fan of him, he ultimately wasn’t in Russell’s ‘plans’ and was voted out of the game.
In our interview with Ben, he speaks about why he moved to Indonesia of all places, never watching an episode of the show before he went on and since he got back, the Foa Foa tribe and their slow start, his thoughts on Natalie winning the game, suffering a serious injury on the show that wasn’t aired as well as his ‘outlaw’ reputation and driving on motorbikes running away from the law!
