We continue our reveals of each of our Ozcar categories, and today we bring you who you voted as the top 14 sexiest new female contestants from the last 2 seasons of Blood vs Water and Cagayan! You know the winner, you know the final five, but did your favourite player just miss out on reaching the finals? Read on to find out!
For this category, it was a simple case of you voting for who you thought was the sexiest new female in the last 12 months of Survivor. Only contestants who played for the first time in the last 2 seasons were eligible, and the word ‘sexy’ was defined by whatever method the voter wanted to define it as. What do you think?
14. Marissa Peterson (Blood vs. Water) – 9 Votes
Marissa finished low in Blood vs Water, and finishes low on this poll. Probably would’ve put her higher, but I only get the one vote so it wouldn’t have mattered for much! Screaming at Brad Culpepper was her crowning moment, and that to me was attractive enough to make her higher on this list. Should I do the same to our voters? I would never do that…
13. Laura Boneham (Blood vs. Water) – 10 Votes
I can hear one angry bearded pirate man roaring in frustration right now with Laura finishing in 13th. Why so low? I openly admitted to having a crush on her during Blood vs Water and I will stand by that! Laura is an amazing woman, and is beautiful in more ways than one! Rupert you have my permission to start approaching 10 people and screaming “WHO THE HELL SAID YOU COULD ONLY VOTE ONCE IN THIS POLL”…
12. Lindsey Ogle (Cagayan) – 13 Votes
I’m not one to say our voters are wrong, but how Lindsey only ended up in 12th baffles me! Maybe it’s my ‘alternative female’ crush that I stand by from all these years of Survivor. But I’m going to be biased and say that Lindsey should’ve been top 10! I need to start rigging these things to make them right…
11. Kass McQuillen (Cagayan) – 13 Votes
There is no doubt about it. Lawyers are hot. I want to have a beautiful lady stand in front of me in a suit and cross examine me. It sounds like a fun day to me. And if that lady was Kass, well I’m sure it would be entertaining in so many ways.
10. Sarah Lacina (Cagayan) – 20 Votes
Sarah had the ability to grow more attractive as the season went on. There was just something about her. Maybe getting dirtier and more agitated with the game makes her more attractive? Possibly. But a top 10 finish in this category I feel is well deserved.
9. Trish Hegarty (Cagayan) – 34 Votes
There is just something about a lady in a pink bikini that does it for people clearly! Trish was a feisty individual who always had something to say, and for 34 of you that was enough to land her in 9th place! Her admission that she was a man turned some heads too. Perhaps that also helped? Better ask our voters…
8. J’Tia Taylor (Cagayan) – 34 Votes
J’Tia had everyone talking during the early days of Cagayan and to 34 of you she also had your hearts racing. See my comments on Tasha below, because they also resonate fairly well when it comes to this former beauty queen. And nuclear engineer too. Always a wow factor there!
7. Tasha Fox (Cagayan) – 96 Votes
There is something about a brainy woman that gets my heart racing, and when that brainy woman can also be a physical threat too and a beautiful woman, then I’m sold. Tasha polled strong early in this category and looked destined for a final 5 spot, but fell away at the end. She is still foxy in my mind despite the result.
6. Ciera Eastin (Blood vs. Water) – 116 Votes
Ciera apparently is the perennial 6th place getter in our Ozcars for 2014. Four polls in, and she has finished 6th in 3 of them. Amazing. She did miss out on a finals spot by a mere 20 votes, but what will hurt more is that it was to her sometime rival Katie from her season. I do know of one Ozlet who was furious at her 6th place (hello Noah) so let’s just leave this one be and move onto the final 5…
5. Rachel Foulger (Blood vs Water) – Final Voting Percent 7.36%
POSITION AFTER FIRST ROUND: 4th (152 Votes)
Rachel might not have lasted long on Blood vs Water but her boyfriend walked away a millionaire so there’s no complaining coming from the future Mrs Apostol! Always smiling and one nice lady, Rachel clearly had enough charm in her limited time to crack the top 5 and beat some big names before her! Well done Rachel!
4. Alexis Maxwell (Cagayan) – Final Voting Percent 13.74%
POSITION AFTER FIRST ROUND: 3rd (255 Votes)
Alexis was the only female beauty not to make the merge but we saw enough of her for you to think she deserves a final round spot on this list! Personally for me there is something about a girl who is so passionate about something that when her dream is broken she breaks down into tears. Does that make me weird? Probably…
3. Jefra Bland (Cagayan) – Final Voting Percent 19.57%
POSITION AFTER FIRST ROUND: 2nd (261 Votes)
Comfortably in 2nd throughout the first round of voting, Jefra drops back a place but still takes the bronze. Some people preferred her over Morgan during Cagayan, and it seemed to come down to the ‘blond vs brunette’ debate that has been with mankind since day 1. Southern charm though and a decent Survivor game also worked in her favour.
2. Katie Collins (Blood vs Water) – Final Voting Percent 26.55%
POSITION AFTER FIRST ROUND: 5th (136 Votes)
While we might not have seen Katie on our screens as much as we would’ve liked to, she certainly endeared herself to the audience enough for her to take the runner-up spot on this list! She certainly bridged the gap as well to our winner, getting a large proportion of the final round votes in the last 48 hours. Coming from 5th to 2nd as well is an achievement in itself, and she takes the prize as the hottest Blood vs Water contestant as well!
1. Morgan McLeod (Cagayan) – Final Voting Percent 32.78%
POSITION AFTER FIRST ROUND: 1st (709 Votes)
Was there ever any doubt? Did you think anyone would’ve come close in this category to taking down Morgan? Look at the picture above. That answers those questions. Congratulations Morgan!
