There is no denying that San Juan Del Sur contestant Jon Misch is one of the most entertaining and nicest contestants we have ever seen on Survivor. Labelled as a ‘goofball’ early on, he soon found a good spot in the game with his soon to be wife Jaclyn and looked very likely to go all the way until other circumstances took over. And one of our most entertaining interviews ever, Jon leaves no stone unturned in talking about his journey on the show and even breaking out into song to really entertain you.
Jon was perceived as a bit of a ‘goofball’ early on in San Juan Del Sur but soon came into power alongside his then girlfriend (now fiancé) Jaclyn Schultz to dominate the middle parts of the game. After looking likely he could go all the way, it took a blindside to take him out and find a spot on the jury.
In our chat with Jon he talks about his fandom for Survivor and why he was glad to be switched over from The Amazing Race, working out strategy with Jaclyn pre-game, why he was sure they would both be early boots, working with Drew, the truth behind the flint situation, working with Kelley and why Baylor and Missy were chosen instead, the Josh and Jeremy blindsides as well as looking forward to his upcoming wedding, singing for us and just which player often perceived as one of the best of all time he doesn’t care for.
